Automotive Technician (A or B Level)

Location: Orem, UT 84057
Compensation: $60,000 – $120,000+ annually (including performance-based bonuses)
Schedule: Monday through Friday

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated A or B Level Automotive Technician to join our well-established, family-owned automotive repair shop. Serving the Utah community for over 46 years, we have built a strong reputation based on trust, exceptional workmanship, and customer referrals.

Qualifications

A Level Technician

  • Minimum 10 years of hands-on automotive repair experience

  • At least 5 years specializing in advanced diagnostics and complex repairs

B Level Technician

  • 3 to 5+ years of proven, hands-on automotive service experience

  • Strong diagnostic and repair skills across a range of vehicle systems and willingness to continue to grow your diagnostic skills!

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct accurate diagnostics and resolve complex vehicle issues (A Level Technicians)

  • Document repair findings with detailed notes and photos

  • Perform comprehensive vehicle inspections and provide repair recommendations

  • Complete repairs efficiently and correctly the first time

  • Communicate effectively with Service Advisors regarding vehicle status and progress

  • Treat every vehicle with the utmost care and professionalism

  • Maintain a positive and collaborative attitude in the workplace

  • Mentor junior technicians and share technical expertise (A Level Technicians)

  • Provide assistance with various shop tasks as needed (A & B Level Technicians)

  • Participate in ongoing training and skills development (company-sponsored)

  • Work rotating Saturdays to ensure fair scheduling
