Our Automotive Maintenance and Performance Shop in Sterling, VA is searching for top-notch A or B Level Technicians to join the team.

What You’ll Do

  • Diagnose and solve complex automotive issues, determining the best course of action

  • Perform regular maintenance and take on thrilling performance projects, including:

    • Carburetor tuning and performance upgrades

    • Suspension alignment and corner balancing

    • Fuel management systems

  • Write diagnostic flows within Tekmetric and handle computer-based tasks confidently

  • Use tools like ALLDATA, Identifix, and advanced scan tools to ensure precision

  • Flex your fabrication muscles and tackle custom installations with minimal instruction

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 3+ years, ideally in independent shops with a performance or aftermarket focus

  • Skills: Strong diagnostic ability, critical thinking, and a knack for solving unique challenges

  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with software, email, and digital communication

  • License: Valid driver’s license required

  • Certifications: ASE certification is a plus but not required

  • Compensation: $55,000–$100,000 annually (performance-based pay)
