A family-owned and operated automotive shop in Santa Cruz, CA, in business since 1994, is looking for an A-Level Automotive Technician.

This shop understands the importance of providing honest, friendly, and professional automotive repair service. The vast majority of new customers are referred by those already served — a testament to their customer-first philosophy. As an A-Level Technician, you’ll be a vital asset in diagnosing and repairing vehicles efficiently.

Technician Requirements

• Extensive diagnostic experience (8+ years required)

• European diagnostic experience is required

• Accurately diagnose customer concerns and document findings with photos and written notes

• Perform a vehicle health report on every car and recommend necessary repairs

• Execute diagnostic and repair work efficiently

• Confirm that repairs have resolved the original customer concern

• Communicate clearly with Service Advisors about vehicle status, labor, and parts needs

• Treat every customer vehicle with care and leave it in better condition than it arrived

• Bring a positive attitude to work daily

• Act as a mentor and leader in the shop

• Train and support other technicians

• Willingness to attend ongoing training — both online and in person
