Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $20 – $26/hr (Hourly + Overtime Available)
Shops: Specializing in Lexus & Toyota vehicles only

Position Summary

Promotive is hiring a motivated B Level Automotive Technician for a top-performing Toyota and Lexus specialty shop in Decatur, GA.
This full-time role is ideal for someone with general diagnostic skills who’s eager to grow — whether you’re stepping up from lube tech or sharpening your skills toward becoming a flat-rate master. You’ll be surrounded by Master Certified techs and supported by a high-tech, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general repairs and maintenance on Toyota and Lexus models

  • Ability to maintain a high hourly output (TURN HOURS)

  • Handle brake jobs, alignments, fluid flushes, and tire service

  • Perform tune-ups, filter and belt replacements, and hybrid system service

  • Assist in basic diagnostics with opportunity to advance your skills

  • Document inspections using Shop-Ware’s DVI system

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

  • Support senior technicians and service team with tasks as needed

  • Participate in paid training and certification programs

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years experience as an automotive technician (independent or dealership)

  • Familiarity with Toyota/Lexus platforms a plus

  • Self-starter with strong attention to detail and desire to grow

  • Experience with fluid services, brakes, and suspension systems

  • Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly pay: $20–$26/hr (depending on experience & skill level)
