$35.00 – $40.00 Hourly PLUS Production Bonus Opportunity!!!

What They’re Looking For

They’re searching for a rock-solid B-Level Technician who can tackle timing chains, chase down tricky drivability issues, and doesn’t flinch when it’s time to get deep into electrical diagnostics.

• Experience: 5+ years turning wrenches. Got B+ level chops but skipped the ASE route? No worries—The owner understands and will help you get ASE certified

• Tools & Growth: They’re after someone who invests in their craft—tools, training, and all.

• Work Ethic: No seat-warmers here. They want someone who wants to work.

• Regular NAPA Auto Tech Training and Advanced Auto Training classes (last one? EV diagnostics!)

Pay & Perks

• Hourly Pay: $35–$40/hour (not flat rate)

• Bonuses: $4/hr extra at 40 hours, $6/hr extra at 50

• 401K: Up to 4% match after a year

• Paid Time Off

• Training Bonus: $100 for every ASE test passed or renewed

• Health Coverage: 50% up to $350/month
