Earning Potential: $75K – $90K

Position Overview

We’re seeking a skilled and motivated B-Level Automotive Technician to join our team in San Antonio, TX. This position offers a strong earning potential with a hybrid flat-rate pay structure and a consistent 40-hour workweek, including Saturdays (with one weekday off: Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday).

Requirements

  • Experience: 3–5 years as an automotive technician

  • Technical Skills:

    • Brakes, steering & suspension

    • Timing chains

    • Oil changes & general maintenance

    • Some diagnostic ability or willingness to ask for help (AllData used)

    • DVI (Digital Vehicle Inspection) experience is a plus

  • Work Ethic:

    • Efficient with a strong drive to produce

    • Positive attitude and professional demeanor

    • Good communication and computer skills

  • Background:

    • Dealership or independent shop experience (must be comfortable working on all makes and models)

    • ASE Certifications are a plus

    • Valid and clean driver’s license

    • Authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify used)

Compensation

  • Pay Structure: Hybrid flat-rate ($30–$35 per hour flat rate)

  • Earning Potential: $75,000 to $90,000 annually

  • Pay Frequency: Weekly

  • Tool Relocation: Yes – we will pay to move your tools to the shop
