B-Level Automotive Technician – High-Earning Potential in a Team-Focused Shop

An established, community-trusted independent shop in the heart of the Sierra Nevada mountains is on the hunt for a sharp, motivated B-Level Technician who’s ready to turn wrenches, beat book time, and grow their career.

The right technician will bring strong mechanical ability, a hunger to learn (especially in EV and hybrid systems), and the kind of team spirit that makes Mondays a little easier.

What You’ll Do:

  • Turn 45–50 billable hours per week in a fully equipped, high-volume bay

  • Diagnose and repair a range of makes/models with precision and speed

  • Collaborate with a team of experienced techs in a no-drama, all-in culture

  • Stay ahead of the curve with ongoing training (at least 40 hours/year)

  • Participate in digital inspections via AutoServe1 and maintain solid documentation

Who You Are:

  • A B-Level technician with a strong mechanical foundation

  • Confident in your ability to beat book time on common jobs

  • Eager to grow, especially in electric and hybrid systems

  • ASE certified (or on the path — support is provided!)

  • Smog certified? That’s a big plus
