Wrenches Wanted: A Beast B Tech or a Solid C Tech
A seriously busy, fast-growing, full-service automotive repair shop is hunting for a full-on B-Tech or a solid C-Tech to join the squad. If you’ve got hands that know their way around everything from LOFs to AC repairs, keep reading. This might be your next garage family.

WHO THEY NEED

B-Tech (The Mid-Level Machine)
If you can confidently tackle valve cover gaskets, fuel pumps, A/C repairs, intakes, diagnostics, and more, then this place will feel like home. You’re expected to stay busy and crank out hours—but you’ll never be left hanging on hours or parts. Solid systems. No drama.

  • Hourly Pay: $27–$35/hr (on the time clock)

  • Bonuses: Paid per billed hour once MLAP is hit

  • Expected Comp: $70K base at MLAP, up to $100K total

  • Top Pay Potential: Up to $42/hr for the right B-Tech

C-Tech (The Swiss Army Knife)
If you’re great with tires, oil changes, brakes, light suspension, and alignments, you’ll hit the ground running here. You’re expected to knock out 30–40 billable hours a week, and you’ll be on the time clock, not flat rate. Once you pass your minimum threshold, you’ll get paid a bonus per billed hour. No games. Just solid work = solid pay.

  • Hourly Pay: $20–$25/hr

  • Bonuses: Paid per billed hour after threshold

  • Expected Comp: $51K base at MLAP, up to $75K total

WHAT MAKES THIS SHOP DIFFERENT

Let’s be honest—most shops say they’re clean, organized, and drama-free. This one actually walks the talk. The garage? Clean. Tools? Stocked. Customers? Happy. The lobby has leather chairs, Wi-Fi, snacks, and cable TV. The bathrooms? Actually clean.

Techs here are respected, encouraged to grow, and actually listened to. Ongoing ASE training is monthly (and supported), and the team takes pride in doing things the right way the first time—no cut corners, no half-done jobs.

COMMUNICATION IS KING

You’ll be looped in, supported by service writers who get it, and backed by a team that actually talks to each other. And if you’ve got questions or ideas, speak up—management listens. You’ll never be just another wrench here.

  • For C-Techs: At least 1–2 years of experience or solid trade school creds
