Automotive A-Level Diagnostic Technician
Location: Eagle, CO
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Compensation: $40–$60/hour (hybrid pay structure)
Earning Potential: Up to $125,000+
Position Overview
Performance Automotive Center is seeking a high-level Diagnostic Technician (A-Level) to join our team in Eagle, CO.

Pay Structure
- Hourly rate + production bonus
- Paydays on the 10th and 25th
What You’ll Do
- Perform advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Complete bumper-to-bumper repairs
- Handle complex electrical and drivability issues
- Utilize scopes and diagnostic tools effectively
- Perform module programming (preferred)
- Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs)
- Maintain high-quality work with low comebacks
What We’re Looking For
- High-level diagnostic technician (heavy diagnostic focus)
- Strong electrical and troubleshooting skills
- Experience using a scope
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Comfortable with general repair and maintenance
- Willing to assist with occasional tire work
- Proficient with DVIs (Tekmetric experience a plus)
- Professional, organized, and team-oriented
- Self motivated with training and moving forward with their profession
- Proven track record
- Reliable and punctual
- Valid, clean driver’s license
- ASE certifications are a plus
