Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Range: $30 – $45/hr (Hourly + Weekly Bonus Potential)

Position Summary

Promotive is hiring an experienced A+ Level / ASE Master Technician for a modern, high-volume shop in Holland, MI. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position — no weekends, no late nights, no surprise Saturday “quick jobs.”

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair domestic, Asian, and European vehicles using advanced tools and OE scan equipment

  • Perform brake, suspension, driveline, engine, and A/C system repairs

  • Complete thorough inspections, DVIs, and accurate digital job write-ups

  • Utilize Autel, Snap-On, IDS, and factory-level diagnostic equipment (real tools, not guesswork)

  • Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to keep workflow smooth and efficient

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused workspace

  • Participate in ongoing training and ASE certification advancement

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional automotive technician experience

  • ASE Master Certification strongly preferred (or actively pursuing)

  • Strong diagnostic ability across multiple makes and systems

  • Comfortable working on Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening

  • Positive, team-first attitude — no lone wolves or tool-throwing champions
