$40 to $45/flat rate + bonuses (based on experience)
Earning Potential: $85K–$90K+
$3,000 Sign-On Bonus

We are looking for a high-level A-Tech / Master Technician to join our team in Springfield, MO. This is a great opportunity for a productive, diagnostics-driven tech who values a strong team culture and long-term growth.

• Perform advanced diagnostics and drivability work

• Maintain strong productivity and efficiency

• Work collaboratively with a team-focused shop

• Deliver high-quality repairs and customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of automotive experience

• Strong diagnostic and drivability skills

• Productivity-focused mindset

• ASE certifications preferred

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Team-oriented, reliable, and coachable

• Stable work history (rehireable candidates preferred)

• Open to relocation and long-term commitment

• Valid, clean driver’s license

Comp & Schedule

• $40 to $45/flat rate + performance bonuses

• Hybrid pay plan

• Paid every other Friday

• Sign-on bonus (paid with 1-year commitment)
