Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (No Weekends)

Salary Range: $35.00 – $50.00 per hour (based on experience, knowledge, and self-sufficiency)

Position Overview

We’re seeking a motivated, well-rounded A/B Level Automotive Technician with extensive experience working on Japanese vehicles. This is an opportunity to work in a clean, professional environment where quality and efficiency are rewarded.

You’ll handle everything from routine maintenance and service work to advanced diagnostics and R&R (removal and replacement) work.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Perform thorough inspections in accordance with manufacturer and industry standards

  • Complete service, repair, R&R, and advanced diagnostic work

  • Work primarily on:

    • Toyota

    • Lexus

    • Subaru

    • Mazda

    • Honda

    • Acura

    • Nissan

    • Infiniti
      (Strong, demonstrable experience required)

  • Diagnose and repair domestic and European vehicles as needed

  • Utilize AllData and other technical resources to interpret and follow service procedures

  • Clearly document findings in our shop management system

  • Communicate detailed findings and recommendations to the Service Advisor

  • Maintain a clean, organized work bay

  • Uphold high standards of professionalism and workmanship

 

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience maintaining and repairing Japanese vehicles (required)

  • Comprehensive set of tools appropriate for modern vehicle repair

  • Strong working knowledge of diagnostic equipment and scan tools

  • ASE Certifications and/or California State Smog License (highly preferred)

  • Hybrid and EV system knowledge (strong plus)

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Leadership mentality and positive attitude

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

  • Clean, professional appearance and strong work ethic

 

Schedule & Compensation

  • Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
