About the Shop

We’re a busy, full-service, family-friendly automotive repair shop in Grawn, MI known for quality work, integrity, and taking care of our technicians. We’re looking for a motivated B-Level Technician who can perform repairs independently and is eager to continue growing their skills.

Compensation

• Annual earning potential: $40,000-$65,000
• Weekly pay
• Flexible pay structure (hourly, flat rate, or hybrid)

Responsibilities

• Perform brakes, suspension, timing kits, and general maintenance
• Complete repairs from start to finish
• Perform basic diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Work on a variety of domestic and import vehicles
• Write accurate repair notes and service recommendations
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Utilize shop software for inspections and estimates

Requirements

• 3+ years of automotive technician experience
• Michigan Mechanic Certified License required
• Ability to complete jobs independently
• Experience working on a wide range of vehicles
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a drug screen
• Strong computer, reading, and writing skills
• ASE Certifications preferred
• Professional, organized, and dependable
