Location: Evans City, PA / Butler, PA
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $25 – $30/hr (Hourly + Commission)
Interview Location: Evans City, PA

Minimum of 3+ Years of Professional Shop Experience Required

Position Summary

Promotive is hiring a B-Level Automotive Technician for a brand-new, high-volume tire and service center in Evans City and Butler, PA. This is a prime opportunity to join a third-generation family-owned business that’s expanding into full mechanical services. You’ll enjoy a consistent weekday schedule, a structured work environment, and strong leadership that understands technician workflow and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform PA state inspections and emissions testing

  • Complete brake, tire, alignment, suspension, and steering repairs

  • Handle mid-level mechanical work such as A/C condensers and timing chains

  • Follow structured processes to ensure quality and efficiency

  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace

  • Collaborate with teammates and support a team-oriented shop culture

  • Experienced B-Level Techs who can independently handle foundational repairs

  • Techs who are comfortable turning wrenches on tires, brakes, and alignments

  • Individuals who enjoy productivity-based incentives without the pressure of flat rate

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of automotive technician experience

  • PA State Inspection & Emissions License (Required)

  • Strong understanding of suspension, steering, brake systems, and alignments

  • Experience with mid-level repairs (timing chains, A/C, etc.)

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record

  • Willingness to perform foundational work without ego

  • Must pass background check and drug screening

Compensation & Incentives

  • Hourly Base Pay: $25–$30/hr (based on experience)

  • Commission based on Production

  • No flat rate – enjoy stable hourly pay plus commission rewards for efficiency
