Diesel Technician (A or B Level)

Excellent Diagnostic Skills Required

Monday through Friday

$25 to $55/Flat Rate (Depending on Experience)

A NAPA Truck Center shop in Independence, MO is looking for an experienced A level Diesel Technician.  Must possess excellent Diagnostic skills.  Family owned shop who believes in continuous training and taking care of their people. 

Job Requirements:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy-duty diesel vehicles including semis. 
• A Level tech- Needs a Class A CDL
• B Level tech- Must be able to work on light to medium duty vehicles
• Handle any job that comes your way with minimal supervision.
• Perform preventative maintenance inspections and document findings.
• Work with a team that is hungry, humble and smart.

Shop Needs:

• 4+ years of heavy duty experience beyond the apprentice years.
• A self-starter who can diagnose and repair without constant hand-holding.
• Proven Track Record
• A team player who fits the shop culture and brings good energy.
• Trustworthy & honest—we don’t do shady business here.
• Valid Driver’s License

Benefits:
