A-Level European Auto Technician

Location: Anniston, AL 36201
Schedule: Monday – Thursday 7:30am–5:30pm, Friday 7:30am–5:00pm
Compensation: $25–$35/hr (hourly, not flat rate) + Overtime + $2,000+ Annual Bonus
Experience Required: 5+ Years Euro Tech Experience (Independent Shop)

With over 40 years in the game and a laser-sharp focus on European vehicles, we’re the go-to for everything from oil changes and brake inspections to high-tech diagnostics and factory-level repairs. Think Audi, BMW, Porsche, Mercedes-Benz, and the rest of the Euro dream team. No domestics, barely any Asian imports—this is Euro turf.

We run a tight ship with a tight-knit team. Our techs have been with us 10+ years, and we take pride in quality, transparency, and good old-fashioned teamwork. We’re growing fast and looking to add a rock-solid A-Level Euro Tech to the family.

Who We’re Looking For:

A skilled, experienced Euro tech who:

  • Has at least 5 years of hands-on experience with European vehicles

  • Can confidently knock out 35–40+ billable hours per week

  • Is a diagnostics wizard with the scars (and scan tools) to prove it

  • Comes from an independent shop background (dealer techs welcome, but must have independent shop experience)

  • Thrives in a no-drama, all-hustle environment

  • Have fun at work and get the job done!

  • Wants a career, not just another job

  • Can work with a team, not around one

Bonus points if you’ve got OE or dealer-level certifications, a college or tech school degree, or alignment experience (not required though).

The Toolbox (Literally & Figuratively):

  • Genuine factory scan tools (ISTA, Mercedes, Autel, Snap-On)

  • Hunter road force balancer, alignment rack (including BMW factory setup)

  • Shopware for SMS & DVIs, Shop Genie for CRM

  • Every tech gets a shop laptop and a dedicated phone for DVIs

  • We’ll even move your toolbox if you join the crew

Workload & Workflow:

  • 7 bays, 7 lifts, fully climate-assisted (yep, Port-a-cools for every tech)

  • Average 35–40 cars/week, with 150+ work orders a month

  • Currently booked out 1.5–2 weeks—plenty of work to go around
