Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM – EARLY OUT Friday, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM
Pay: $40–$45/hr Hourly (Not Flat Rate)
Expected Earnings: $100K+ with Quarterly Bonuses
Shop Type: European Specialty Independent | Climate-Controlled Facility
No Weekends

Promotive is hiring an experienced European Master Technician for a highly respected independent European repair shop. Join a team that values quality workmanship, advanced diagnostics, and a healthy work-life balance.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair Porsche, BMW, Audi, Mercedes-Benz, VW, and Volvo vehicles
• Perform advanced diagnostics and electrical troubleshooting
• Complete digital vehicle inspections and document findings
• Utilize OEM-level scan tools and factory service information
• Collaborate with advisors and technicians to deliver exceptional repairs

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of automotive technician experience
• Strong European vehicle background
• Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Professional shop experience required
• Valid driver’s license
