What They Are Looking For:
- 6+ years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor (independent shop experience preferred)
- Sales-oriented individual with a proven track record in customer service and upselling
- Proven success in sales and customer service
- Familiarity with domestic and Asian makes
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to meet and exceed sales quotas while building long-term relationships
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic
- Goal-driven and thrives under pressure
- Willingness to learn and grow under experienced leadership
