Wages and Benefits
- Wages: $60,000-90,000 depending on experience and education.

Human Development Director: Educational and Experience Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business field.
- Society of Human Resources certification preferred.
- Position-specific certifications preferred. May work toward achievement in position.
- Five years minimum in high level managerial role.
- Requires entrepreneurial thinking.
- Ability to develop strategic plans.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Developing action plans and time management strategies for implementation of plans.
- Ability to communicate throughout organizational structure.
- Conflict management skills.
- Decisive leadership with the ability to influence and direct others.
