What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead advanced diagnostics and complex repairs
  • Handle drivability, electrical, and system troubleshooting
  • Perform brakes, suspension, alignments, and general repairs
  • Mentor and support other technicians on the team
  • Collaborate with Service Advisors for a smooth workflow
  • Help maintain a high-performance, positive shop culture

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of automotive repair experience (A-Level)
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Leadership or mentoring experience preferred
  • Maryland State Inspection License
  • ASE certifications (preferred, not required)
  • Team-first mindset and pride in quality work
