What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and drivability issues
• Perform advanced troubleshooting across multiple vehicle systems
• Complete thorough digital vehicle inspections (DVI)
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams with confidence
• Deliver high-quality repairs efficiently and accurately
• Communicate professionally with service advisors and team members
• Maintain an organized and productive work environment

What We’re Looking For

Required Experience

• 8+ years of general automotive repair experience
• 5+ years Volvo experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting background
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment

Compensation & Benefits

Pay & Schedule

• Flat Rate: $50–$65/hr
• Earning potential up to $150K
• Weekly pay
• Expected billed hours: 40–50 hours weekly
