Schedule: Monday – Friday (No Weekends)
Pay: $35 – $45/hour (Based on Experience)
Experience Required: 5+ years
Certifications: ASE preferred

Position Overview

  • Perform preventative maintenance inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and rebuilds on a wide range of diesel equipment.

  • Work independently in a mobile service truck, servicing clients Monday through Friday.

  • Deliver accurate diagnoses and effective repairs or component replacements.

Candidate Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on diesel technician experience

  • Experience with Class 3 to Class 8 diesel trucks
    (must have experience with at least one class; open to learning others)

  • Valid CA driver’s license with clean driving record

  • Ability to pass a drug screen

  • Willingness to certify for:

    • State inspections

    • 609 certification for A/C work

  • Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems

  • Experience using scanners and basic diagnostic tools

  • Able to self-diagnose common customer complaints

  • Clean, professional work habits and a strong work ethic

  • Respectable communication skills and ability to work under book time
