What You’ll Do
As a Service Advisor, you’ll be responsible for managing the customer experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities include:

Greeting customers and performing vehicle write-ups

Managing repair orders from start to finish
-
Communicating with customers by phone, text, and email
-
Reviewing and presenting Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs)
-
Creating repair recommendations and maintenance suggestions as needed
-
Following up on estimates and repair approvals
-
Coordinating with technicians to ensure efficient workflow
-
Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the repair process
-
Maintaining accurate documentation using NAPA TRACS and AutoVitals
What We’re Looking For
-
3+ years of Service Advisor experience preferred
-
Independent repair shop experience preferred
-
Automotive industry experience is helpful but not required
-
Strong customer service or hospitality experience considered
-
Excellent communication and follow-through skills
-
Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
-
Positive attitude and team-first mentality
-
Strong work ethic and personal drive

Comfortable learning shop management and communication software

Shop hours: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Saturday hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Rotating schedule with split days off
