Lisa has been in the Automotive Industry for over 15 years. She was the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of 360 Payment Solutions, as well as a the Executive Vice President of Aftermarket Sales at Vehlo. Lisa's companies have served more than 20,000 Automotive Industry Customers and she continues to build those relationships through her Leadership at Promotive.
Joelle Pollak
Joelle brings almost 15 years of experience in the automotive industry. As Co-Founder of Promotive, she will focus on working with independent repair shops to ensure they are fully staffed with top talent that fits their culture as well as working on business development to establish the right partnerships.
Joelle spent the majority of her professional career working at NAPA Auto Parts where she managed sales teams, worked with independent store owners on increasing market share and profitability, and educated independent shop owners on ways to drive more traffic into the bays and increase their average ticket. She has built great relationships in the industry with vendor partners and is Vice Chair on the ASE Education Foundation Board. Joelle truly has a passion for the people who make up this industry and her mission at Promotive is to continue making a difference, working together, growing the technician pool, placing the right talent in the right shops, and strengthening the automotive industry.
Kat Ayers
Kat is a Technology and Operations Executive with over 15yrs experience across Fintech, Information Technology, Private Equity, and Cloud-based software. She is responsible for all aspects of Promotive operations including HR, Finance, Product, Technology, and Back-office systems.
Kat has held COO roles at multiple Tech Start-ups, most recently at Fynn.io. Her career includes leading the Global Digital Transformation during her 10yr career at Blackbaud. Additionally, Kat was employee #1 and EVP of Vehlo, a GSV Company, developing SOPs and integrating systems and processes across the portfolio, leading two successful exits in three years. She holds a BS from Clemson in Business Administration.
Kelly Cavanaugh
Kelly joined Promotive in 2023 as the VP of Recruiting and recently expanded her responsibilities to include Account Management. With over 20yrs of staffing experience across a variety of industries, she brings exceptional recruiting service & transformational leadership to the team.
Kelly has proven experience growing organizations and individuals from the ground up, managing teams both domestically and internationally. Her operational strengths center around project & change management with an emphasis on system and process improvement. Kelly has a passion for accelerating career growth, whether it be to those that work for her or the candidates she places. She focuses on understanding the motivations of the candidates she supports & matching them with opportunities that meet their needs.

After several months of our own aggressive recruiting efforts and disappointing results, we decided to partner with ProMotive! Working with ProMotive to hire an experienced Auto Tech was the smartest decision for our small shop! I have over 20 yrs in corporate recruiting and healthcare staffing, and have several experienced recruiters in my network; therefore, I felt we could easily take on a search for one Auto Tech.
