Overview
A well-established, family-owned truck repair shop is seeking a skilled and motivated Diesel Diagnostic Technician to join a dynamic and growing team in Anderson, IN. Key Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of diesel truck systems and components.

Perform in-frame overhauls, transmission R&R, and electrical diagnostics.

Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Accurately track labor time and job completion within shop systems.

Follow all shop procedures and quality control standards.
Qualifications

Minimum 6+ years of experience in diesel truck repair and diagnostics

Proficiency in diesel engines, electrical systems, and diagnostics.

Well-rounded skill set with a “jack of all trades” mentality.

Punctual, driven, and eager to continue learning.

Team player with strong communication skills.

No prima donnas — humility and collaboration are essential.

Self starter, no hand holding here!

Operating Hours: Monday–Friday 7:30 to 5:30
Compensation

Hourly Pay: $35–$45 Flat Rate

Annual Pay Potential: Earning up to $100k+
